Desde que llegué aquí hace un año y medio no paro de quedarme boquiabierta con hechos que creo merecen la pena ser compartidos, al menos con los que me conocen. Unas veces sorprenden por supuesto para bien. Otras sorprenden por su grado de ridiculez extrema o por un intenso choque de culturas (no sólo la norteamericana) y maneras de ver la realidad.

Pero esto es Silicon Valley, una zona llenísima de oportunidades laborales, y a la vez de contradicciones que no dejan de hacer la vida más…¡COMPLEEEEJAAAA! Pero los imprevistos y fallos ayudan, ¿no? Al menos eso dicen…siempre que no seas tan tonto de caer dos veces en la misma piedra…

NOTA: Este blog se mantiene «por amor al arte». No recibo ningún tipo de ingreso por él, y lo único que pretende es informar, entretener y ayudar. El día que cambie de idea, os lo haré saber.

Since I arrived here  a year and a half I have not stopped gawking at facts that I think are worth sharing, at least with those who know me. Sometimes surprising of course in a positive way. Others are surprised because of their degree of extreme ridicule or an intense clash of cultures (not just the American) and ways of seeing reality.

But this is Silicon Valley, an area full of work opportunities, and at the same time contradictions that do not stop making life more … COMPLICATED! But contingencies and failures help, right? At least that is what people say … as long as you are not so foolish to fall twice in the same stone …
